I spun these on the rear axle of my Bianchi Milano bicycle with Nexus 7-Speed hub and roller brake in about 2 minutes flat. Works with the standard BOB Yak trailer perfectly. I need to spread the trailer arm about 1/8" but it is not a problem. If you have a Nexus 7 bike this is the quickest no-muss-no-fuss attachment method for a bike trailer bar none. Takes about 30 seconds to attach or remove the BOB Yak from my bike.
