Our Review of the Burley Stroller Kit 07-08 All Models
The Burley Walk 'n Roller Kit accessory package is designed to easily convert any Burley kid trailer into a stable, sturdy stroller. All you need to do is Unhitch the trailer and turn the knob to lower the wheel. The low tongue weight and long stroller wheelbase make steering and handling almost effortless.
Once the Walk 'n Roller Kit is installed, it is always ready to go. No tools or additional parts are required to use your trailer as a stroller. So, you can ride to the festival, park or beach and then unhitch and stroll around. Although many people do run with the Walk 'n Roller, it is not specifically designed as a jogging stroller. The stroller kit fits the Burley Honey Bee and the d'lite and Solo bicycle trailers.
- 2004 and 2005 D'lite and Solo trailers come with a handle and foot brake, so converting your trailer to a stroller is simple and affordable.
- Kits for Pre-2004 models come with a handle bar, front wheel, and a parking brake and therefore are more expensive than the Walk & Roller kits for 2004 models.
- The Burley d'Lite ST and Solo ST come complete with the stroller kit.

I love my trailer/stroller!

This is my favorite and most used birthday present ever! While converting it from trailer to stroller is a multi-step process (about 5 steps long) once I got the hang of it, it takes less than 3 minutes and can be done with my own two hands, no tools required. Even though we only have one child, we got the double trailer to be able to give friends a ride. I find that the double wide fits two kids snugly, but is still slim enough to feel comfortable riding near cars, etc. I've never accidentally hit something while riding because I thought the trailer was narrower than it really is. My daughter adores riding in the trailer, especially when we pack a pillow on either side of her to make a nest. Most of the time I use the trailer to get groceries or to run other errands, and I convert it from stroller to bike frequently. My single issue is with the arm that holds the front wheel when it is being used as a stroller. It is just a hair loose in the bracket that attaches it to the cab, and thus it comes down and touches the street just a hair crooked, making it weave to the left ever so slightly. This makes it feel like the arm will eventually start to bend upward in a way that it's not designed to, but I haven't noticed it bending yet. I could try using the jogging attachment which holds the front wheel with two arms instead of one, but then I would loose the stellar maneuverability that I love.
