Chariot Caddie bike trailer

The two passenger Caddie is Chariot's economy child bicycle trailer. The quality, as with all Chariot bike trailers, is very high. However, some of the features that characterize their other models are stripped off. Namely, the CTS conversion system that allows Chariot trailers like the Cheetah or Cabriolet to convert to a jogging stroller, skiing trailer, or hiking trailer. With that said, you should recognize that this is not your average economy child carrier; it only seems a bit scaled down when compared to the rest of the Chariot bike trailers.

With its extra-spacious child compartment, tinted side windows, helmet pockets, and awesome fold-down mechanism, the hand-made and lightweight Chariot Caddie should not to be mistaken for a "no-frills" bicycle trailer. It still converts to a walking stroller with the Caddie Walking Kit, has two padded 5-point harnesses, plenty of ventilation, comes protected by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. 

Bottom Line: If you?re looking for Chariot quality, but don't want or need the option of converting your trailer into a jogging stroller, the Caddie is just what you need. However, if you plan to put your trailer through the ringer and hit the road frequently, or are a runner who would rather not purchase a separate jogging stroller, then spending some extra money on a roomier and more versatile Chariot like the Corsaire XL or Cheetah 2 will be well worth your while.
