The manufacturer had stated a warning about the unstability of the trailer when biking but I have found it to be very smooth in operation and have enjoyed it very much for my commute to work each morning. For an excersise note: it did provide a better workout with the extra luggage because of the cargo wieght that I towed. In review, I do not regret spending the money for the purchase. I believe that it was worth every dollar.

I absolutely love this trailer--makes my commute so much easier without having to have a huge back pack on. I can stuff whatever I want in the bag. Load seems to remain pretty well balanced--have had no problems with feeling like it is out of balance, although the characteristics of the bike in a turn do seem to be affected slightly by the trailer. The spider bungie that came with is very handy as well. The trailer comes off and on incredibly fast and easy. Total bomb-proof construction and the paint job is cool, too. Totally worth it if you want/have to do a lengthy commute or ride.
