Jeff 3/09 I would just like you to know that when I first ordered by Burley, I ordered the wrong item. I was really upset because I was very anxious to use it. I live in a rural setting and it's dangerous enough for me to head out on the county roads by myself, let alone with my pups in tow with no shoulder on the road. When I called in about sending the one I had bought back and ordering the replacement, I was even more upset because of how long it was going to take for it to get to me. Anyway, I had no choice. The original had to go and I'd just have to wait. Well, I think I waited one whole day before boxing it up and driving it to the UPS store for delivery. The very next day I came home to my new Burley laying up against my garage door. My first thought was those idiots at UPS delivered my original Burley back to me instead of sending it back to Bicycle Trailers! Of course upon close inspection I realized that no, this is in fact my replacement. It was here in just 3 days! Awesome! Plus I'd also like to add that it was at a price that was about $40.00 less than my local bike shop. Sad but true. Thanks so much. Me and my two Corgis, Petunia and Lupi are cranking out the miles and hoping winter comes and goes soon so we can keep at it. You really should see my boy Lupi in action. My husband was convinced he'd throw a fit because he HATES bicycles so much. However, when he gets in that thing whether he's being pushed or pulled behind the bike, he thinks he's Ben Hur and this is his chariot. More wag, less bark, I am impressed already with your service and I have not even received my order yet. I have known the status of my order from the minute I placed it. Nice touch.
