When you contact our customer service department you are guaranteed personal, one on one attention. Our top notch customer service staff is thoroughly trained, friendly, and very knowledgeable about all the products we offer.
- We have honest reviews of all of our products posted on our website, from our objective staff and from consumers just like you. All customer product reviews are welcome: The Good, The Bad, and the Downright Ugly. While that may seem like at bad idea (for us) we want you to have a broad perspective when you choose the product that's going to be right for you. If you still have questions, even after reading the reviews, just call our customer service staff - we've used most of the products personally, so we would be more than happy to help assist you with your choices.
- We offer free shipping on many of our items, and don't charge tax outside of Michigan and Minnesota.
- We offer a huge variety of products and color choices, and do our best, through constant monitoring, to make sure that our pricing is competitive to other retailers. If you find a cheaper price somewhere else, we'd like the opportunity to match it! We can't guarantee that we'll be able to, but we will always try our best.
- We're open for 14Ã?Æ??Ã?â??Ã?½ hours a day on weekdays, and 10Ã?Æ??Ã?â??Ã?½ hours a day over the weekend, so there's almost always a live customer service agent available to answer your questions.
- We are an efficient customer service machine. Most times that you call you won't wait in a queue or be put on hold. 86% of our calls ring right straight through to a live customer service agent. In the rare event that you do have to wait on hold, our average wait time for calls and Live Chats is about 14 seconds, and our average wait time for emails is 35 minutes. (And we're always trying to bring those numbers down.) Unlike a lot of other companies, we call and email EVERYBODY back! - Our shipping time is really fast. We can ship In Stock items to anywhere in the United States in 2 - 6 business days. We ship most items out the same day the order is placed. If an item is backordered and we're waiting for replacements we will send you a personal email to let you know when that item is coming back in stock-so you'll know when to be expecting it-then we ship it out the day we get your item back in our warehouse.
- We maintain great relationships with our vendors. If you purchased an item from us and need a replacement part, warranty information, or any assistance or information from the manufacturer, we are ready and willing to help you out, either by answering the questions we can answer or by putting you in touch with the vendor. We want you to get the most out of the items we sell, even after you've gotten plenty of use out of them.
- We have an experienced Fraud department that is always working to ensure your information is kept totally safe and secure. The fraud department updates its methods constantly, and knows what to look for when perpetrators of identity theft try to place fraudulent orders.
- Our return policy is SO easy. We understand that, by shopping online, you've sacrificed the HUGE advantage that comes with shopping in person: the ability to see, touch, and feel the product before you buy it is important to most consumers. We know that you might receive your product and be less than satisfied with it upon actually holding it in your hands. If that is the case, we want to make the return process as worry free as possible for you. Every item we ship includes a return label for you to stick on the box. All you pay is the return shipping cost, and return the product through the carrier of your choice.
