BicycleTrailers.com Lifetime "No Worries" Returns
We gladly accept returns for all products with no time limit or deadline. Returned products must be NEW, UNUSED, and not personalized or embroidered. If your item is new, send it back whenever you choose!
Please note:
- The Lifetime Return Policy is neither a trial period nor an extension of our 30-day warranty and damage claim period.
- Opening a box to verify contents, size, fit, or color does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing inner packaging are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.
- The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all warranty cards, original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions.
- Please be careful when opening and trying your item(s) so that you can get a refund should the item not be what you imagined. It's kind of like buying a new pair of shoes - give your new pair of sneakers a good test on carpet, but once you take them on the trail, they're yours to keep!
- All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility unless you purchased Return Shipping Insurance.
- The original shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.
Warranty & Damage Issues
Please examine your order carefully upon delivery to make certain everything is in perfect condition. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us immediately at (800) 742-0948 or info@bicycletrailers.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange to get you a non-damaged item as quickly as possible.
Any warranty or damage issues after 30 days from delivery are handled by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer is a bit different in how they handle these issues - check the instruction manual or contact us - we'll point you in the right direction.
Price Adjustment
We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise purchased on BicycleTrailers.com that goes on sale within 14 days of the shipping date if accompanied by the original order number. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
To get a price adjustment on your full-price item, contact us within 14 days of the shipping date by phone (1-800-742-0948), email, or live chat.
Price Adjustment cannot be applied to promotion code price reductions.
Return Instructions
A return address label is included with your order (it is not a prepaid shipping label). You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless you purchased Return Shipping Insurance or the item is not what you ordered, defective (within 30 days of delivery), or damaged due to shipping (within 30 days of delivery).
If you are returning a product, kindly call us at (800) 742-0948. If applicable, we will assist you in enacting your Return Shipping Insurance. If you did not purchase Return Shipping Insurance, we will help with the specifics and answer any questions about your return.
Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, PayPal, etc...) or as a gift certificate. Typical processing time for returns is 72 hours post item receipt. If a credit is due, processing may take as long as 7 business days for your credit/debt card to reflect the refund.
